Shipments to the lower 48 states:
Please Note: Shipment times (e.g.. 2nd day air, next day, etc) will refer to
shipment the shipping method used when shipping from our warehouse. Actual
shipping time may vary by carrier depending on season and other factors.
SledGear can only ship orders using the method the customer selects.
SledGear cannot guarantee transit time. Custom orders and backordered item
delivery times may vary.
|All orders will be shipped via UPS or FedEx. Any additional shipping charges
to be applied to the order will be stated in an email & on the invoice after
the order is placed. The customer will be informed of additional charges
exceeding US$20 before the order is processed. We make every effort to
process orders in a timely fashion, however, there are often circumstances
beyond our control. We appreciate your business and your understanding.
Weight figures on customer invoice refers to shipping weight (including
packaging & "dimensional weight"), not necessarily the weight of the
product.
Unless otherwise specified, all shipments will be shipped UPS Ground Service
or Federal Express. By special request, shipment may be handled by the
United States Postal Service with the following exceptions: SledGear.Com
WILL NOT be responsible for lost, late, damaged, or un-insured shipments.
Shipments to Alaska and Hawaii:
All orders to Alaska and Hawaii will can shipped via UPS 2nd day air only
or Federal Express. US Postal Service (USPS) is also available, but cannot
be tracked. Therefore, SledGear.Com CAN NOT be responsible for lost,
late, damaged, or un-insured shipments.
International Shipments:
All international orders will have shipping charges verified, and the
customer will be notified of any additional shipping charges exceeding US$20
prior to shipment. International orders can only be shipped via United Parcel
Service (UPS) or Federal Express (FedEx).

number.
