"HC-X" Roller Secondary Kit
(a.k.a. Heel-X)

The "HC-X" TM decreasing radius roller secondary kit for
Arctic Cat & Yamaha driven clutches.

A 15 minute bolt-in, this kit provides more constant side forces on the belt throughout the entire shift.

New this year is a direct bolt in kit for the Yamaha clutch. You get all the performance of the other kits with a bit less hassle. Install time is cut in about half.  Requires no clutch mods! Just install the weights & spring.
With the new Direct Bolt in weights and a 48/34 Helix, they are seeing 10 hp to the track on the new Vipers!
Dyno charts back this up.  Believe it!
As it has always been, a test SRX kit is making between 12-15 hp to the track no matter what application.  We recommend a straight 43 Helix.  This is the secret weapon on the lake, on the trail and in the mountains!
The New Direct Bolt in weight is ISR legal for all you racers out there!

Revised for 2002 with updated set-up specs - the Heel ClickerTM Clutch Kit is the finest clutch kit available. This kit utilizes the new "Dual Quadrant Flyweight" technology (patents pending), the most aggressive clutch kit you can buy. This simple kit will out perform other clutch kits regardless of cost! Testing indicates that a 20-25% increase in track horsepower is observed between 40-80 mph with observed gains everywhere. This product is for real and offers the biggest performance gain/dollar spent of any aftermarket product bar none. The Heel ClickerTM is also the smoothest shifting system available. No notched weights or steep progressive helixes are needed here-most applications will require no helix adjustment over the stock set-up. It simply applies all the power your engine is making to the snow. It raises the efficiency of the clutch to levels never seen before. All of this will result in rapid acceleration and unparalleled corner-to-corner performance.
All of the kits include Heel ClickerTM clutch weights, all applicable adjustment hardware, 3 clutch springs, stickers, and instructions.
Each weight is designed to be a direct replacement for the weight it replaces. To order your kit, first determine the weight of your existing clutch weight then select the Heel Clicker that is just under your size. You will add included hardware (up to 15 grams) to achieve the exact weight.
The weight is further adjusted externally by adding or removing set screws in the heel. Each Heel Clicker weight is adjustable 7 grams on the heel for easy tuning. One of the two included springs should be installed. The included springs are to be used with the stock cover, or for more benefit try our Heel Clicker Clutch Cover Kit.

This updated cover kit is an all new, lighter, billet aluminum clutch cover kit with a super slippery large bearing surface for the smoothest shifting yet.  This cover and adapter set allows for the use of the larger diameter and longer chrome silicon Heel Clicker or OEM TRA clutch springs and guides them straight.  Complete with stainless steel hardware and 3 chrome silicone springs.

At Last!!   This is the most aggressive upshifting & backshifting available. An absolute must for all mountain application Ski Doos. Testers report unbelievable horsepower available on the backshift! The TRA kit includes custom-made flyweights with roller adapter, two springs and fixed adjustment hardware. Fully adjustable from 55 to 70 grams - and up to 100 grams for TRA3s.
